Do I need to be home during service?Nope! As long as we have access to your yard (unlocked gate, no loose/aggressive pets), you do not need to be home.

What if my grass is too long?Please keep your lawn mowed to allow proper visibility. Tall grass may result in missed waste and additional charges for extra time.

Do you work in bad weather?Yes — we work in light rain, cold, and heat. Severe weather (lightning, heavy storms, icy conditions) may cause rescheduling at no extra cost.

Do you sanitize tools between visits?Absolutely! We clean and disinfect our tools after every job to keep your yard and pets safe.

Do you pick up cat waste too?No, our service is specifically for dog waste in outdoor areas. For litter box cleaning, please contact us to discuss options.

What does your pet waste pick-up service include?We scoop and remove all visible dog waste from your yard. Waste is double-bagged and taken away.

Do you require proof of vaccination?Yes. We’ll request a copy or photo of your dog’s vaccination records during your initial consultation or before the first walk. You can upload via text or email it to us. 🚫 Unvaccinated Dogs: For liability and health reasons, we cannot walk dogs without current rabies and core vaccinations. Puppies may be accepted on a case-by-case basis if they are on schedule with their vet-recommended vaccine plan. Your veterinarian may also recommend other vaccinations based on your location or your dog's needs. WALKSLY also recommends the canine flu vaccine for dogs living in areas where the condition is prevalent.

What happens if I need to cancel?We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid a fee. Emergencies are handled with flexibility.

Do you walk reactive or aggressive dogs?No, for the safety of the pet and the walker. We do not walk aggressive or reactive pets. Important Notice: The owner is responsible for informing the Walksly representative of any history of aggressive behavior in their pet. Walksly assumes no responsibility for injuries, damages, or fatalities resulting from an aggressive animal. The owner accepts full responsibility for their pet's behavior.

Can I request the same walker every time?Yes, we strive to provide consistent walkers to build a bond with your dog. In cases of schedule changes, you’ll always be notified.

Can you feed or administer medication during the visit?Yes! We can feed, refill water bowls, give medications, and do quick home checks at no extra charge.

How long are the walks?Our standard walks range from 30 to 60 minutes. We also offer quick potty breaks and extended adventure walks based on your dog’s needs.

Do you walk dogs in groups or individually?We offer both! You can choose solo walks for more personalized attention or small group walks for social dogs. Group walks are made up of 2-4 dogs per walker.

How will I know how the walk went?After each walk, you'll receive a walk report with notes, photos, water refill confirmation, and potty updates.

How do I book a service?You can book walks easily through our by calling/texting us directly. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

Are your walkers trained?All our team members are background-checked, pet CPR certified, and trained in safe dog handling.

Do you walk dogs in all weather?We walk in rain or shine! However, during extreme heat, thunderstorms, or icy conditions, we may shorten the walk for safety and replace it with indoor enrichment. For any reason your pup's walk is cut short you will be issued a rain check for the remaining time which can be added to you next walk.

What services do you offer?We offer solo dog walks, puppy visits, senior dog care, group walks, cat care, holiday and weekend services, pet waste pick up and pet taxi services. Custom care plans are also available.
